Our wealth of experience enables the team to work collaboratively with schools, SENCos, Local Authorities, Parents, Carers and Students to support the challenges of meeting the needs of vulnerable learners.

We understand the demands of working with the logistics of a mainstream school system when trying to provide the highly bespoke provision that some students need in order to thrive.  

We provide a collaborative service to ease the pressure on SENCos & Local Authorities that can include:

• Attending & contributing to Interim and Annual Reviews for students with EHCPs
• Writing Student Profiles that specify strategies for working effectively with the student
• Attending & contributing to PEP meetings
• Contributing towards advice requests, ASD, ADHD, ADD assessments, ECHARs & referrals
• Ensuring quality evidence of progress towards targets & outcomes
• Providing interventions detailed on EHCPs
• Communicating regularly with parents/carers, providing a strong working bond between home, school and SENSES Learning Hub.
• Facilitate, lead, attend & contribute towards Circle of Adults meetings
• Parent network meetings - once per month, term time.
• As we take a whole family approach, we work closely with parents / carers, home schools and referral partners and other external agencies to ensure that we provide support both to the students and their parent/carer.
